The goal of our PreludeIDS Partner Programs is to supply Prelude users with end-to-end solutions and services that guarantee the security and efficiency of their IT infrastructure.
The Partnership Programs build on the firm foundations of Prelude OS, whose worldwide success has seen it become one of the most widely deployed and trusted hybrid IDS in the business world.

PreludeIDS Technologies, thanks to its unique knowledge of Prelude and its expert back-office support, is the key partner for all Prelude projects.
Integrators and MSSP’s alike possess the all important knowledge of their customers’ needs and provide them with a valuable local presence.
By working together PreludeIDS Technologies and PreludeIDS Partners add value to eachothers products and services. In combining our expert knowledge we supply end-users with comprehensive and dynamic IT security solutions.
We hold all of our Partners in high regard and aim to strengthen their competitive advantage:
- Reseller Agreements. Only PreludeIDS Technologies and PreludeIDS Partners have the right to re-sell PreludeIDS solutions (Corporate Modules) and services (Customizations, Software Maintenance and Technical Support). All of our Partners receive commissions ranging from 10%-60% on re-selling Prelude Products and Services.
- Semi-Exclusivity. PreludeIDS Technologies limits the number of Partners per region to avoid competition and to guarantee a sales advantage.
- Marketing Tools. PreludeIDS supplies each Partner with promotional materials (Sales Brochure, Specifications Document, Sales Kit etc.) to help them sell PreludeIDS solutions.
- Visibility. Partners are guaranteed improved visibility by having their logos presented on our Prelude-ids.com website.
- Expert Back-Office. Partners are trained to handle all 1st and 2nd level support requests. To guarantee rapid resolutions to complicated problems, PreludeIDS provides all 3rd level technical support.
- Preferential pricing. All Partners receive discounts on PreludeIDS Technologies training programs and services (support, consulting) for their own use.
